I was born in New York City, surrounded by fashion and influenced by my mother who worked as a sample maker in the fashion district in NYC, which led me to study Art and Fashion. After graduating from The Fashion Institute of Technology, with a Graphic Design and Accessory Design Degree, I began my career as a designer in several companies in the New York City area. While in school, I didn't want to start from the bottom, so I started design my own handbag line, to obtain the hand on experience of making, selling and marketing my own line. Where I developed knowledge in the design market, and I soon decided to pursue my own handbag line which was launched in summer 2004. My handbags have been in Fashion Shows, Magazine spreads, etc. I now launched my online website where I could sell my own handbag line directly to the consumer.

The materials I use are leather, screen printed fabric designed by me, and any material that inspires me. My target consumer is woman that want to make a statement when she walk into a room. My inspiration comes from everything that surrounds me, my handbags are special because I see them as a piece of art.  I design my own handbags, including pattern making and sewing them.

My biggest night happened while I was in school (the 2nd time.)   I joined two jewelry designers to do an event to showcase my new handbag line while pursuing my B.F.A. degree. The night that we were suppose to showcase our designs, there was a blackout in the whole New York City, which cancelled our show. My greatest achievement is that I have combined my Graphic and Accessory education to become a better designer. And the reason it's all worth it, is when I see people enjoying my handbags.
