The color of coins, jewelry and those pricier items with a silvery shimmery finish establish a perceived value to the finish wherever it is used. There is a certain fluidity of motion attached to silver. There is also an implied old world elegance to silver, especially in more rococo design, while at the same time, a silver finish can also speak of modernism. Currently we are seeing consumers attaching a clean, classy, streamlined stylishness to silver and perceiving it as cool in every sense of the word.
